This is a very honest person! He told me that the problem was not in the basement wall, but was with the chimney cap. He doesn't do that work and so didn't make any money from me. He could've tried to sell me something I didn't need, but he's honest, a Five Star human being.

The first time they came out and did the coating it rained and my roof leaked. I called them and they came out the next day and redid the coating around the chimney. They have been out twice since then to make sure we have no further leaks.
