We're based in Southeast Michigan and have many years of experience with stucco installation and stucco repair. We have experience in traditional stucco and EIFS systems. We work on large commercial projects as well as small residential jobs.

"The actual roof looks lovely and stopped all my previous issues. However, I experienced damage to interior walls due to the long term (3 weeks) storage of all my shingles on one side of my ridge. I was told it would be repaired, but we are five months later with no timeline on that project. The cleanup looked good on the surface, but I found lots of roofing debris and cigarettes in my landscaping. I also stepped on a couple nails which thankfully just took out a pair of sneakers and caused no injuries. Overall, the work done looks great and Im not experiencing issues five months into the install. However, I did not feel like my experience was all it could have been based on the numerous positive reviews I read before hiring Element Roofing. *Be aware my work was done in the summer, during a pandemic. Weather and illness aside, the damage to my walls could have been prevented with better communication and better organization of delivery versus start day of this project, which is the only reason I was frustrated."

"Replaced stucco with vinyl on the entire 2nd floor exterior of a 1980s tudor-style home. Replacement of all gutters. I was concerned going in that the move to vinyl would cheapen the exterior look of the home. However, I was very pleased with the results. Excellent detail work on a complex roof line with many windows, many gables, decorative elements, permanent roof over deck, etc. The degree of finish on the trim was really exceptional. And this was on all elevations, not just the front. Also built a roof for front entry porch which looks great. Two man crew, very personable and professional. Very respectful of property and our wishes. They started work in one area, and notified us of a nest with birds close to fledging. At our request, they stopped work in that area and worked in another area until the birds had left nest (a few days). In summary, I was very pleased with the crew, the work and the company."
