"He didn't do half of the work, the doors were not completed, one room was already sheetrocked. On the 15th I gave him another $400, half the work was not done and I said I couldn't pay the other half until the work was finished, now the service provider is refusing to complete the work. He said he needed all his money upfront."

"First they did not show up for appointment. I rescheduled, the guy removed old broken caulk around my exterior doors. There were some large gaps and he did not know what to do. He tried spray foam and tried to caulk over it. the foam reacted and bubbled out of the holes. He did not think to call his boss first and when he did the boss only wanted him to get it done and did not offer any solutions. The guy left and never came back."
