"What can I say about Bill Decker and his crew other than they are awesome. We had a problem with our drain in the basement on Saturday, August 11, 2018. Of course every thing happens on the weekend when you are in desperation to find a plumber. Went on to Home Advisory to check out the reviews for plumbers in our area and came upon US Drain. I filled out a questionnaire and submitted it and within 10 minutes Bill Decker had called me. He then made arrangements to be at our house within an hour after we got off the phone which really impressed us knowing that on a Saturday he made the time to make us feel that we were important. He came over and described the situation and what was going on and the cost and said that his crew would be over on Monday morning at 8:00 a.m. to start working. The 2 gentlemen that showed up to work on Monday were Fred and Merle. They showed up on time and were very nice and polite to my husband and I. These 2 gentlemen were very knowledgeable in their profession and explained everything to us. Bill is a very honest man and he represents his company in a very professional way.
