"Michael Brooks and his associate came on time for a schedule basement inspection. They were very thorough and explained their findings and advice. They also explained financing options. We decided on the AquaStop Basement Triple Sump Pump fitted to the existing drain tile. With a deposit on the day of inspection, we were also able to finance the remainder of the cost, which helps us get through tax time. On the day of the install, Jacob called as promised to advise us of their estimated arrival time. The crew, Jacob, Dustin, Cesar, and Jaden, were efficient and responsive to questions. "Having worked with Doty Mechanical as a customer in both corporate and residential settings, it is clear that they do things the right way and put their customers first no matter the size of the project. Most recently, Doty fully replaced the HVAC system at our home. The installers, Daren and Clinton, were exceptional - very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of us and our home at all times. The first thing that they did when they arrived, after introducing themselves, was to lay down canvas tarps from the front door all the way to the furnace and put booties on their feet to protect our wood floors and carpet. They worked quietly and efficiently and kept their workspace neat. At the end of the installation they took the time to walk us through the entire system and answer any questions that we had. As someone who considers themselves OCD, I was beyond impressed by the end result of their work! Everything they installed was level/straight and clean - true craftsmanship!
