"GROUT STARTED COMING OUT IN CHUNKS WITHIN THE WEEK! Was told by a real professional that there are air bubbles under the tiles where he did not spread the cement properly. It also took him a lot longer than was discussed. He left early everyday he was on the job. We also found there were spots that weren't even finished no grout! The backsplash he didn't follow manufacture instructions and it shows now that everything is dry... I would never hire him again and in fact am in the process of taking him to court now."
