Had vinyl plank installed, about 800 sqft. They did a really nice clean job. They got me on the schedule quickly and were professional.

What a great experience! Len came to my house with samples of carpet for me to choose from. Gave me valuable advice on what type of carpet would be good for my needs. (I have two golden retrievers) No high sales pitch. He showed me pictures of his work, measured and gave me a price. Easy as that. The carpet is everything I wanted and it looks great. The installers were very hard workers and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use this company again.

Len came right to my office to accurately measure the space and allow me to view the multitude of samples he had to choose from. Installers were professional and kind and did an amazing job proving to be both skilled and quick. I am absolutely thrilled with how the space turned out! Stunning! Thank you Len!

Well we'll and quickly done

I will not use them.

They did it twice. They did two rooms and some stairs. The scheduling and the quality of the work wasn't bad, but this last time they took two months to get my carpet. They kept running me around and won't call me back, that sort of thing. So I will never use them again.

What was supposed to take 2 days to install flooring in two rooms ended up taking 2 weeks.  They didn't show up the day they were supposed to start.  They rescheduled for a couple days later, then showed up too late on that day to start.  Then they installed the flooring in the wrong room, and they didn't have enough material to complete the rooms I did want done.  
So more material had to be ordered.  Meanwhile my tenants have everything moved out of their bedroom.  
The owner kept calling me and asking me to cover a portion of what he had to pay his flooring contractors for doing the wrong room.  I'm not even sure that he was the one who took on that cost.  
The room that they accidentally installed the floor in had uneven subfloor and the owner told me that it couldn't be installed on that.  So it's probably only a matter of time before that needs to be fixed.    
There were some details that we had agreed upon that were not completed.  
And to top it all off, they left all the old carpet and scraps piled on the side of the house when they were done.  It was supposed to be hauled away.  
I would not suggest even considering getting a quote from this company.  

This is the best experience with a company I've ever had.  Right from the initial contact with Len (company owner), all the way to the completion of the job.  Len came out and measured on a Thursday and my flooring was completed on the following Tuesday. The installers, Eli and Brian, were very considerate and did a fantastic job.  I really have to look hard to find a seam.  Which was very important to me.
Len made me feel like my business was important, even though it was just one room.
I highly recommend this family company.  They have the business values that we need to see more of.

Excellent experience from scheduling to installation. Good price for good quality materials and installation.

I ordered the flooring at the end of August and it didn't arrive until the middle of October. I made repeated calls to the store to find out what was going on as I was told it would take approximately 2 weeks. The entire home renovation project went on hold, waiting for the floor. To their credit, though, they always returned my calls and by the end, told me that I would get a financial break because of the long wait.
When the installer came, he informed me that there were multiple problems with my existing floors and that they couldn't just lay the new floor down. I had been told by the salesman that they could! However, the installers set me up with a great carpenter and after only a few more days they finished the installation.
The floor is beautiful! The bottom line is that it took a really long time and was a pain to install but the end result is worth it.

Suggested this company to a family member based on their standing on Angie's List. Am still apologizing for my poor judgment. Their word-for-word review follows:
I had a 30' floor break and needed new tile for my entire basement.  Couldn't have been more disappointed in this company, their knowledge of the job requirements and their customer service.  A sub-standard company that does not deserve a spot on Angie's List.  Very disappointed to find them there, for the following reasons: 

• ·        Cash only sales - credit card not accepted - BIG RED FLAG!
• ·        Sold a product that was not appropriate for the medium (quarter rounds for cement walls)
• ·        Owner (salesman) took incorrect measurements resulting in huge delays with re-ordering
• ·        When the installer ran out of tile and had to order more, Karpet Mart responded with "can't you just slap it together?"
• ·        Owner (salesman) said floor didn't need prep.  Even I knew that was wrong - installer (third party contractor not affiliated with tile company) spent an ENTIRE DAY on floor prep.
• ·        Not once did the tile company contact me to follow up, apologize or see how they could help.  In fact, my little contact with Karpet Mart (I called them) was met with abrupt, rude responses
• ·        My little basement took 7 weeks to complete.  

The installer was the saving grace, but the experience with Karpet Mart was a complete and utter disaster.  Very poor company. It was a basement we don't spend much time in.  Had it been a family-facing area, I would have been outraged. This is a hack company.  Please don't make us question the quality of the contractors on Angie's list. A deeper review of their professionalism is needed.

Excuses and poor/no communication. Don't trust this company with your money. Len the President is a liar and a horrible communicator.  The people he hires told me multiple times through this experience that they know he is a bad communicator and they tried to steal the job from him on the side.
His company installed carpet.  They were late and the installer was more interested in talking than doing the work.  For the linoleum floor they were given a deadline and failed to communicate about any issues within a timely manner.  When the installer finally came for the install he said that the subfloor needed work. We could have fixed the problem right then and there but he left and did not tell me what the issue was for 48 hours. That is when i began asking for my money back.  Len tried to sell me again by splitting the cost of the work he said needed to be done.  This was 3 weeks past his deadline and i got another installer to do the job within 40 hours.  I priced out the materials and saw it cost between 3-400 from other retailers.  Len insisted the material cost 700.  So for doing no work he pocketed 300 on this job.  Len is a poor example of a human being.

I did my usual multi-bid thing on big projects and
these guys came in at the same price as some others but their responsiveness and professionalism were a few steps above the other guys.
They agreed to do our building during the oddest of weekend hours because we are open all the time and I wanted to minimize business disruption.
Install guys were buttoned-up. Real pros. Never stopped moving. Sweated the details.
They immediately fixed mistakes and faults in the material. In the end they were honest and reliable and good.
I gave a B for quality because the floors haven't been down that long so I have no history as to how they will hold up...but they are the same floors as Providence hospital and they have had them for years with no problems. True...they don't have to deal with Rottweilers....

Len and Jerry came within an hour to give us a quote. Very persistent but friendly and kind. Would not leave until we signed with them. We kept bartering back and forth, they asked what other companies had quoted us, and we finally gave in and went with them. Len told us it would take several days to get the carpet in and after several days without a phone call, I called Len to inquire. And the carpet had been in, we just hadn't been called yet. I wanted the install for a Saturday, Len insisted on a week day, I insisted on a Saturday. We were assured the job would be completed in one day! The workers came out and worked 9-1 on a Sat. He then said he had to leave because the carpet was too big and it was stuck in his van and he couldn't get it out. He asked us if it was ok to NOT come on Sunday since he had to go to church. Monday we had plans so they decided to come back on Tuesday. Tuesday morning we got a call from the installer Eli saying he was too sick to come. Later my husband called him and he said he was feeling better and was going to come. They worked 9am until about 5:30pm and finally finished the job. The three men used the restroom without asking first and used it too many times to even begin to mention. Eli actually came into my family room while I was nursing my baby and was very intrusive. He even said to me "what's the status on the coffee" and I said "what coffee ?" The wood flooring of the top stairs was scraped up when they dragged the carpet down the stairs. Very rude , lazy and unprofessional installers representing this company

Len responded quickly to our request for an estimate and provided excellent advice on the most appropriate flooring materials for the area. The entire crew were meticulous perfectionists. It was a real pleasure to watch them work. Every edge fit perfectly. They took great care when removing and replacing appliances. They clearly knew exactly what they were doing. And they were personable. I cannot recommend them more highly.

My experience was very dissatisfying at first. They were supposed to have the work completed by Thanksgiving and the work was still not finished in January. The staff was very unprepared and did not even have the materials to complete the job. They kept sending a person out and they would do the measurements to order the supplies. There was a problem with whoever was ordering the supplies because when the staff came out to complete the job they would not have the correct supplies they needed to do the work. I went to the company with my complaint and they finished yesterday. I am pleased with the work and I am glad they resolved the issues that I had with them. They also reduced the cost due to the delay. Thanks for working with me!

They removed about 600 sq feet of laminate floor and then laid down luxury vinyl.

That afternoon I received a
call from his son and the flooring was ordered. The following Tuesday it was
installed by Aaron and his assistant. I was concerned as I had just had the
kitchen painted and the wood floors refinished. They took extra measures to
protect both.  They were efficient and
did a beautiful job. I was in a hurry to get the job done and they made it
happen.  I am very pleased and have had
many compliments about the flooring and requests for the company that did it. I
highly recommend this company
