Important to start with the fact I am not easy to please. I am new to Angie's List and was skeptical. After meeting with multiple contractors, it was clear Ryan understood my vision. He advised me on items...(measurements, safety, future owners, hardware quality vs price, etc.) I had not previously considered. He was very flexible with the final design. After offering his advice he left it up to me for the final decisions. Which thankfully my wife made for me. :) When confronted with homeowner headaches (new additions to the project) Ryan was a professional. He was able to pivot and clearly communicate what the changes would entail/cost. He and his entire team delivered an Excellent final product. Far beyond my expectations. Family and friends comment that is looks straight out of a magazine. I look forward to working with Ryan again. If any advise for someone considering hiring CustomWorks Remodeling I may mention this... Ryan is a professional. Rest assured your home and your project are safe and in good hands. He will come to you with key questions and clearly offer options. His time estimate was on schedule and final price was exactly what I expected. Enjoy your project.

Ryan was extremely punctual and transparent from quote to completion. He communicated with me daily on what was bring done and what trades were coming in. He provided his expert opinion for materials and fixtures to ensure they worked together of would possibly need some adjustments to pipes, drains, electrical, etc. He completed the work right on time as he originally quoted even with some changes from us. He and his crew are extremely professional, clean and organized. I will be working with Ryan on our kitchen remodel in the near future.

Ryan and his crew were beyond amazing. He beat all other pricing and had the most incredible quality. His attention to detail and pride in his workmanship shows. Ryan actually dis two bathrooms for us. We liked the first one so much, we asked him back two weeks later. I can't say enough about the professionalism and quality of his work. I've already recommended him to my parents after they saw our bathrooms.

Ryan and his team did an exceptional job with our master bath, as well as our hallway bathroom. They were professional, attentive to the smallest of detail, flexible, very clean, and respectful. Ryan gave us a very affordable quote and completed the project in a timely manner. He went above and beyond to help us with pricing and design options to achieve the look we wanted. We have already recommended him to family members and would use him again!!

Ryan came out next day for an estimate. Ryan and his crew were excellent to deal with. You could tell they took pride in their work. We ran into an unexpected issue with the old plumbing (which caused a few hours of extra work for the plumber) however they did not charge anything extra, which was very surprising. The finished bathroom looks amazing, and we are very happy with their workmanship.

Great work. Very reasonable. We love the new shower and the tile work looks outstanding. Great suggestion on the double shampoo boxes. Will hire them again when we redo our kid’s bathroom.

I couldn't be happier with Custom Works Remodeling and the work they did. Ryan came out and provided me with a very detailed estimate, including tile, vanity, toilet, estimated start & completion time. The estimate was the best of three I received, and after talking to one of their prior customers, I hired them to remodel our bathroom. Custom Works showed up on time and completed the work without any issues from beginning to the end of the project. Very professional and the workmanship is excellent. Excellent work ethic. Price was in the middle of 3 quotes. Ryan kept us informed & explained what he was going to do. Dependable & Competent. Highly recommend. Ryan worked with the crew. The other two quotes were done by a salesman and when you have the owner working with the crew it makes a big difference.
