I'm out over $60,000.00 and I have a less than half completed basement, which is only 400 sqaure feet. Addressed concerns with Matrix and they show zero concern, they could care less and are laughing all the way to the bank. Shameful business practice, not to be trusted. Filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well in hopes others do not get taken advantage of like I did."
