I finished my basement over the Summer and asked a few companies to quote me A/V work, and was instantly drawn to Jonathon's passion and excitement for home theaters. I then worked with him over the course of the next few months to finalize the perfect plan and the end product was even better than I could have dreamed. His team was beyond fantastic, always prompt, always polite, and the work they provided was excellent. Since the initial work was completed almost 6 months ago, I've had them come out a few more times for various minor tweaks and they've always been instantly responsive. I'll continue to work with them on any automation projects in the future.

Really. Nice. People. No question. Jonathon's passion and enthusiasm for the industry is infectious and he has a staff that are polite and overall good people. Nonetheless, prepare yourself to have to manage the project as a customer. I have been working with The Sound Vision Team for the last 10 months and my project is still not complete. I repeatedly have to reach out to the team and request their attention to fix items that they recognize as outstanding. I purchased custom finished in-wall speakers and was given most of the grills and cans of spray paint and told to give them a second coat if I wanted to (and I'm still missing a speaker grill). I had to do custom work on a holiday last year that they had claimed to have competed just so that the drywaller didn't postpone my job for a month or more. I had to store my speakers in my construction area, and then identify that they were the wrong speakers and have them replaced, which wasn't completed by the install date. I was sold a Control4 system which is still not programmed properly to control my second room. I was convinced to have my equipment installed in a rack far from the actual viewing area, only to find that the distance prevented standard hardware from delivering the 4K experience I paid a premium to receive. To be fair, they have attempted to rectify the 4K situation by replacing some of the installed hardware, but the net result was far worse as it takes several attempts to turn the system on to actually get a picture to stay. For the price I paid, I shouldn't have to worry about anything other than what movie to watch. Instead, I have a worrisome headache that I am reminded of every time I try to simply relax and watch TV.

The customer service on the alarm side was way better than ADT and Guardian. I felt safe with a local company and appreciated that they listened to my needs and didn't just try to sell me additional items just to make my bill higher. Their monthly monitoring price is definitely lower than all others around and the install process was quick and clean. I also like that if I call for questions someone always answers my needs quickly and I don't have to go through a lot of prompts to get to talk to someone. Overall this is a wonderful company to work with on alarms but I am excited to get outdoor speakers this summer too from them.

The initial consultation went great and was very informative. They took the time to explain the different features and made sure to answer all of my questions. They came out, assessed my home, gave me an honest recommendation regarding the right security system and the install was just as smooth. They showed up to both appointments on time, completed the install within the estimated timeframe and did not damage anything during the install. I love being able to access my alarm settings/functions from my phone app which works great and has been glitch free thus far. They were courteous throughout the process and promptly returned our calls after the install was complete to answer additional questions that we had.

The representative and technicians were very professional and knowledgeable! They did a great job with my installation, set up the mobile app, and gave great instruction on using my new system! The price for the equipment, installation, and monitoring was also much cheaper than ADP or Guardian! Five star!

I was hoping to complete my stereo setup with a great turntable and I met Jonathon through work. From the very beginning, Jonathon worked closely with me to select the optimal turntable for my needs. We compared models and he set good expectations so that I knew what to expect and when. I found out after I received my turntable that he'd been traveling when we initially ordered it. I had no idea as he and his team were so responsive and thoughtful. In the end, I'm loving my new turntable and phono preamplifier and getting into vinyl in a way I had never expected. I joked with him that you can't please an audiophile, yet here I am highly pleased, and taking some time to give credit where its due. Many thanks to The Sound Vision. Keep up the great work!

I just followed one of my neighbors advise and hired Johnathon Anderson (The Sound Vision) to install my entertainment system/home theatre in our basement. I emailed him yesterday with a request he responded within minutes. He came over this morning to give a free estimate (quote was emailed within 30 minutes of his departure)..and by chance one of his techs was free in the afternoon. Both Johnathon the owner and Nick the technician were very professional, pleasant, and had great personalities. Johnathon never tried to push any equipment "down my throat" like some other outfits.
