"I had a particularly nasty problem with humid air leaking around the windows in a pool house and condensation on the inside of exterior plywood siding which ended up rotting the siding. This is the second time this had happened. Gary came out and was able to diagnose the problem. I received a quote that was quite reasonable and fair, considering the amount of work that was involved. Gary and his team were able to start work soon after I accepted the bid and finished the job very quickly. After removing the bad plywood sections, Gary applied proper flashing around the window and applied tape to the cracks in the foam around the window. Then he installed house wrap before replacing the siding and trim which was pre-painted. Everything was done properly, with quality matching materials and with great attention paid to all the details. He even caulked the nail sets. There was another difficult problem with water damage that Gary diagnosed and fixed at the same time by installing proper custom flashing. The worksite was cleaned up and all trash was removed when the work was completed. No payment was requested until I was happy with the job and I received lien releases and receipts for the materials. Gary is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of construction and is very professional. I will definitely use Gary for future projects."
