"I liked Dan from our first phone call. He was honest and described exactly what the service encompassed and all the details . We scheduled the job when I wanted it and he called when he was on his way from the previous site, as he said he would. I am very please with the results and the care he took with my window screens. My house shines now, and the gutters look white again. I would definitely recommend Pro Tek to friends and neighbors."

"Did quality work. Was very customer service considerate. Very mindful of job. All around got to site, setup, worked until job was done, come to make sure that what I wanted."

"Excellent professional service. The service was outstanding and fairly priced. They showed up at the appointment on time and did not waste any time getting started and completing the job. Cleaned up after the job completion. I highly recommend…two thumbs up!!"

"The owner, Chuck and a helper did a great job power washing my vinyl deck, cement retaining walls and brick flowerbeds walls in a record time. He kept me updated on his arrival time and what to expect from the services performed."

"This is the second time I have used this service. I cannot say enough nice things about them. They are prompt, polite, professional. I would not think of hiring anyone else. They repaired a cracked ceiling as well as painting a bedroom. I cannot even tell where the crack in the ceiling was now!"

"The company was very professional. The people were very nice. I would recommend, however, comparing prices with other companies. I have a very small deck. The estimate was $875.00 That was more than double, what anyone else quoted. I was truly shocked at how high their prices were. The company that I have decided to use is charging me $350.00 They are using the same products as All Surface Restorations."

"Wow!! All I can say is wow!! I have 2 kids and my car was a mess before I got in touch with detail on the go. They came out and cleaned my car at the park while I let the kids play!!! Great service I would definitely recommend them again."

"It took Christine and Emily 1 1/2 hours to clean my 1600 sq ft, 1 1/2 story home in Ann Arbor, and it only cost $95 (my former service, Majestic Maids, charged $120 and didn't clean everything like Beacon Cleaners did).  When they were done, EVERYTHING in my home SHINED and smelled VERY CLEAN.  Christine and Emily were very pleasant and friendly, and even petted my two cats!  They are definitely coming back to clean my home every 2 weeks, and will stay longer to clean something extra as long as I notify them beforehand.  It's very difficult to find a cleaning service in the Ann Arbor area who will clean just about anything.  Majestic Maids and three other housecleaning services expected me to clear my tables and counters and put my dusty objects away because they wanted to "speed clean" my home.  I don't consider that cleaning my home!  It cost extra to have my kitchen appliances like my toaster, coffeemaker, and blender dusted and that should be part of the USUAL cleaning service, not something I had to pay extra for.  Beacon Cleaning Services is based in Dearborn and is just beginning to branch out and clean houses in Ann Arbor.  They hire only family members and close friends so they can be trusted.  I highly recommend their services!!"

"It went very well. They did a great job and made sure we were happy. Their service definitely did reduce the stress of moving process."

"Roof leaked in less than a year. Hammer time failed to send anyone to repair, however they sent someone to look at it, who left a mess. The owner Jodi Straubel cussed at my insurance adjuster and agent. Leak still not repaired."
