The company was very professional. The people were very nice. I would recommend, however, comparing prices with other companies. I have a very small deck. The estimate was $875.00 That was more than double, what anyone else quoted. I was truly shocked at how high their prices were. The company that I have decided to use is charging me $350.00 They are using the same products as All Surface Restorations.

Completely satisfied! Mario was exceptionally responsive & set expectations for when the job would be done - he always called ahead to let me know that his crew would be arriving at the house. Our 17 year old Brick Paver Patio - Looks new again! The care taken when restoring our elevated deck was amazing - his workers protected our Grill and Arborvitae trees with tarps and took care not to damage them. The crew also moved all deck furniture. Lastly our play structure that looked warn and tired is fresh and new.

i reached out for an estimate on the enclosed back porch and was pleasantly surprised to receive the estimate the very next day. I was able to get the project scheduled for the next week and the job was completed over a 2 day period. The work was done beautifully and I couldn't be more pleased from start to finish! I will definitely use All Surface Restoration again without a doubt. Job well done!!

We have been in this house for over 12 years and always used Mario to clean and seal our brick patios and walkways. He always stands behind his work. As a result we have had to replace very few bricks and the ones we have look great. It is a good investment every three years. Mario promised that I would be first on the list this spring and he cleaned all the bricks in April. Then we had that awful spell of rain. However, he was back as soon as weather permitted and finished the job just as promised. His folks did a great job both cleaning and sealing. He even coordinated with my brick repair person (Dave Carter- Northern Brick LLC). I always get my bricks repaired and leveled before sealing. Mario's guys even made sure my flagstone walkway sand looked like new. Great Job, as always.

After giving down payment, I had to delay the work for almost two months. My backyard was mud, due to broken sprinkler that was unknowingly leaking and almost daily rains. I did not want to add more water to the yard, by the pressure washing that would be needed to pressure wash the patio. Mario, the owner, would email and check on status every couple of weeks. Very happy when the work was finally able to be done. The driveway looks great and and quot;refreshed.and quot; The change in the patio was amazing. There were tons of weeds and moss between the flagstones. The guys had to hand remove some of this by hand. Took them a long time of hard work to complete the clean up. Adding the sand made a huge difference and will significantly cut down on future growth. I've used this company, in the past, and will continue to use them.

The experience initially was very good. Mario was timely and very professional with his proposal, which was detailed and reasonably priced but toward the higher end of proposals received. His proposal had sufficient detail to better evaluate the quality of his work. We were out of town when the work was performed, but a contractor friend was to oversee the work for me. The reports back were very good, and when we came home, we were pleased with the basic project. When I walked around the house, I noticed some damage to the window trim and a gap in the siding for soffit ventilation. This was communicated to Mario, and he met with my representative to sort out what could be done. Mario would not discuss the issue and stormed out. I then communicated with Mario to explain my position, but he continued to defend his crew although he was not there. I was not trying to be unreasonable, knowing that the cost to correct the window trim problem would cost more than it was worth, but the contractor continued to defend his position. It was not worth going to court, so I suggested a slight compromise where he could rewash my front porch, which he did. If he had been willing to discuss and come to a satisfactory resolution of the problem, I was considering his firm for additional work he had quoted, but it was made clear to me that he was not interested in any additional work. If you hire this firm, just hope that there is no damage to your property.

From beginning to end they work as a professional

I was not satisfied with the work that was done. They did not do what they said they were going to do the first time. They sent someone out to correct it. A couple of months later the finish deteriorated and when I called the company he refused to correct the problem.

This was a very difficult job to do based on the fact that we had bad bacterial infestations throughout the deck, and this was difficult to get off. They did a very good job considering this and were always professional and very courteous to us. The price was good and we would use them again.

We contacted Mario before the deck cleaning season had officially begun (due to low nighttime temps). He explained that they would schedule the work according to weather. When the weather was suitable he told me when they'd be here to do the initial cleaning. Then, a few days later he called to tell me when they were coming to do the sealing. Everything went according to plan and there were no surprises.
