"Very professional and took the time to answered all questions and concerns that I had. Would use them again for any future putshases."

"I paid $200 to have the mold tested in a lab and to have, not a high level cleared, it would cost me another 750 plus more, which is more than I can afford. I feel the $200 was a lot for what I got!!"

"I had a little issue in my attic and went searching on Angie's List for a contractor....I was notified by Nathan from ASD WATERWORKS. He came out here the next day and gave me a free estimate as to what needed to be done and how much it would cost...We agreed on a figure and set up an appointment to have it resolved... The technicians showed up and were very friendly and professional....They laid down floor covering so that they wouldn't track anything in on the floor and sealed off the room leading to the attic....The process was performed in a timely manner and they cleaned everything up behind themselves. Very impressive....I would highly recommend the company for any problem that you may have and also would use them again if necessary......Thanks ASD WATERWORKS."

Thank you, Dearborn Mold and Asbestos Inspection!"

"He was very thorough, spend a lot of time checking all the details, gave advice on whats to be done, timely, did things in a very professional way, and got the report within 3 days from him. The cost depends on the size of the establishment."

"The people who came out were very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a very thorough inspection of the possible areas that could contain lead. I would recommended this company."

"Great experience from start to finish. Tim did a good job with the estimate, explaining what he would do, the materials he would use, and why. MHI was not the low bid, but Tim's professionalism with the estimate made me confident that MHI would do the job correctly. We experienced a massive fishfly invasion the day Tim's team came to do the painting. Tim decided to take the removable pieces back to the shop to do the work. (This meant adding a round trip from St Clair Shores to Troy to the job). They used blowers and built a plastic tent around the one load bearing post that could not be removed to keep it fishfly free during the process. The repainted shutters and porch trim look great!"
