Terry never showed up to complete the project, and never called to say that he could not finish leveling that seeding my front lawn after he removed old shrubs.

Made me feel as though I was inconveniencing them the whole process. Did not return the property to the way it was before tree removal. Left a huge dent in the yard where a tree trunk fell.

"Not fair, We strapped that tree so it would not fall on your house, while your check bounced and delayed us for a week, Cleaned your roof for free, and removed your tree debris left from last year left under your tree for free ......some...customers you just cannot please."
