He knows the characteristics of every fiber. He has been in business for 27 years. Then he came and did a personal, on site estimate at no charge. Looked at the upholstery and carpet and told me his plan to clean and what I could expect. He also gave me a written quote. I made the decision to go with his company. Both the written quote and for the cleaning he texted me as a courtesy to tell me when he would be here. He took his time and did not rush doing the work. His prices are extremely reasonably.
