"One window had bad wood around the frame. When we mentioned it to the contractor it wasn't addressed, and they installed the new window anyway. In Addition, on the same window the lower left corner of the window frame is loose and needs nailed back in."

I like to think of my self as the best problem solver around. I'm sure there's a million ways to get the job done. But I only want to make sure its done right, The first time. I've been doing maintainece repairs for about 2 and half years now. I started off on my own path a couple of weeks ago and I've been off to what seems like a great start. I would be more than willing to see what kinda project you have to throw at this novice repair man.

"Rob came out gave us a quote to turn a window into a door to our backyard. His price was priced right for the job. He gave us a date he would come do the job and him and his crew showed up on time! They were very nice, friendly, very professional men. They worked hard and only stopped for lunch. They cleaned as they worked. When the were finished one of the men washed my floor on his hands and knees. (I stopped him - it was not necessary) Our door is PERFECT. I know we made the BEST choice hiring Rob and you will too."

Just to make others aware - we had a fair amount of back and forth with the inspectors from our township and had several hardware items delivered to our house that were broken so they had to be re-ordered - so job took longer than we (and Allshire) expected. That said, the company has many positive attributes: 1) communication is solid 2) attitude is positive and professional 3) final workmanship very high 4) pricing very reasonable 5) overall demeanor is friendly and flexible which is what we wanted. "poor work quality and workmanship, after project completed I was left with lots of small hidden issues and very unhappy. Exhaust Fan was not installed properly, just dangling in ceiling with no screws in it to secure (fan doesnt even align with air flow vent), electrical outlets loose, once you flip the switch the electrical box caved into wall, poor mud/paint job (did not sand down mud compound in many area's leaving imperfections over paint, also have an outside vent put in that completely fell out because they decided to only caulk the outside vent and not put in screws at all . Sam promised to come out and address but after 1 month of no show I gave up and ended up fixing all the issues myself . Consumers beware that they will cut corners if you don't check on it. Also will leave your house dirty, they only clean up after their tools , but will leave the mess they cause behind for you to clean yourself. I took and kept all pictures of the issues.. Once they have your money, you wont see them again"
