"In my judgement, this is a fairly new company working to gain access to a market that is fraught with entry level hopefuls. Success in the market of landscape work depends largely on matching market demand with the skill set level that exists within the company and to provide satisfactory service to meet predetermined customer quality standards. In other words, clearly defining the landscaping tasks and the quality of work expected, spelled out in a written proposal. Those seeking a quick buck will never fly long term. This company is clearly in the process of defining itself and measuring the quality standards and effort that is necessary in order to gain customer satisfaction and in turn, be rewarded with a word of mouth reviews and recommendations. The work that we had agreed to be done and the price was predetermined but verbally. They left before the job was completed. We wish them well."

"Will and Matt were very friendly and good to work with. The project took longer than expected and therefore cost more than expected. I would have appreciated a "heads up" that the new retaining wall was going to come inside the perimeter of the old wall being replaced. I appreciated, the care and attention to detail the guys had, and I am confident the new retaining wall is vastly better than the wall replaced."
