"Austin Brick Pavers EXCEEDED my (high) expectaions. Not only do we have a BEAUTIFUL patio but the hard-working crew made every phase of this project pleasurable. They are hardworking, respectful and courteous. It was very interesting to watch them all work together in a seemless and harmonious manner, thus finishing our project in a timely manner. Each member (of this amazing crew), has been meticulously taught how to perform their trade with great excellence by Eric, the companies owner. Eric, is a good example to his crew. He is very "hands-on" and works hard right along-side them. He is VERY good at communication and design. Thank you Austin Brick Pavers. "Dealing with North Star was a fabulous experience. We felt fully satisfied starting from the Owner Jason coming to quote the work to finishing the work, including a fence that had to be redone after another contractor. He not only quoted the total, but also provided the amount for each project separately (drainage using 4-6" rocks for a hillside patio, installing vinyl fence, installing wooden railing by steps down the hill) . He even picked up some needed material from the store. The Jason worked along side his coworkers who were all very professional as well. North Star's customer service was very warm and friendly. There is plenty of snow and ice at this time outside, so, I will provide some pics when the ground clears. In sum, I will gladly hire North Star for other projects and recommend to others looking for a reliable landscape and home services provider."
