Sitting down and determine what your cleaning needs are. Owner will be on site during the first month to insure the customized cleaning process and procedures are being initiated. We have a staff to service your home or offices/buildings for general cleaning, Deep cleaning or one time cleaning. Whether it’s the 1st time or the 1000 time we clean it will be done using a cleaning scheduled that is determined, tailored and customized (at the time we do the first initial walk through) at the place that requires our service. Professional offices, commercial buildings are billed at the end of the month and residential homes/condos payment due at time service is complete. "Detroit City Sweep came to two of my properties to repair a total of three fireplaces. They did a fine job repairing one gas fireplace and adding caps to my chimney. I had a second gas fireplace that they needed to order a part for. I had to call them half a dozen times to get them to order the part and come back to the house to install it. When they finally did, it turns out they ordered the wrong part. After multiple calls they came out a second time, and again, it was the wrong part. Three weeks passed and on the third visit they brought the wrong part again and said the correct part was going to cost me twice what they originally quoted. I would like to recommend Detroit City Sweep, but I just can't. "
