"The craftsmanship was perfect. From tearing out the old floor, cement board installation, tiling and grout- it is flawless. They took great detail and time to cut pieces without piecing as well as every tile was articulately off set. They left each day with the house clean, great communication and amazing work ethic! Highly recommend!!!"

"Excellent customer service experience from start to finish! The owner, Alex, was personally involved in every detail of the project ensuring our satisfaction. My wife and I highly recommend them without reservation. We chose the exposed aggregate option for our driveway, walkway, and porch. The project was completed in a timely manner and the crew was as professional as the owner which also factored in our A+ rating. Thanks Alex! -Keith and Dara"

Customers say: Quick response

"We selected this company to finish our basement because the quote was way lower than the other big companies and talking with Xhulio about the project, it just felt like a good fit. And it was! He was very kind, patient, and accomidating to any and all ideas and concerns. The process was smooth, they catered to all our needs and the results are amazing!! We had our own design plan and he and his dad, Jimmy followed them to a "T". They produce quality work, but very quickly. Very detailed and clean up after themselves each day. They let us paint our own cabinets for a full kitchen and seperate bar, and they installed them for us. They felt like family to us. My husband and I definitely recommend them and have referred them to others already! Great value!!"

"Tim and his crew were very professional. He was able to diagnose the problems we had and properly address them. They did a wonderful job. Even though we had a few extra things to be done they were able to do them in a reasonable amount of time. Good quality work. Very conscious of doing it right. We really appreciated that. Would hire them again. Highly recommend them."

Ceramic Tile questions, answered by experts

Professional installation ensures a uniform, durable surface, and proper sealing, and guarantees workmanship quality, preventing future issues linked to water damage or instability.

You can let the tile sit without grout. Don’t panic if there’s a delay between installing the tiles and grouting. A substantial stoppage isn't a problem, provided you keep the tile surface clear of dust and debris. Also, avoid walking over less stable ungrouted floor tiles as they are more prone to premature cracking and shifting.

Altering the layout of your bathroom will make a big difference as moving or adding plumbing quickly inflates your total bill. While you can recoup more of your cost (in home value terms) by adding a bathroom, rearranging the layout won’t affect your home’s sticker value. However, strategic placements that allow more light or better flow may increase buyer interest.

Porcelain tiles can last 60 years or longer. With high-quality tiles and proper installation, your porcelain tiles may even outlive you, making them well worth the initial investment.

To help your porcelain tiles last longer, you should clean and maintain them regularly. You don’t need any harsh chemicals to get the job done. Rather, use a cloth, hot water, and mild detergent. And don’t forget to learn how to clean floor tile grout, as that’s just as important as tile maintenance.

You can attach tiles to a wall using thin-set mortar. You’ll also need a notched trowel to create grooves within the adhesive so it flattens completely when pressed in and securely holds the wall tiles. Finally, you’ll need grout to smooth the gaps between the tiles and, ideally, a grout sealer to prevent mold. While it sounds simple enough, proper planning and execution are crucial, so carefully review the steps in this guide or hire a pro tile installer to complete this project.
