Contractor arrived on the day that he said that he would. Work was completed in a timely manner and all material was cleaned up and taken with them when they completed the job.

I had 10 estimates and this guy was the only one that was responsive past the initial quote. He was middle of the range of my quotes. He was fast and had enough guys to do the job. The waste was cleaned up. Did a good job.

It seemed to go well at the time the roof was replaced.  I did question why a spot on my porch was bowed and I was told they weren't asked to fix that.  Guess I had assumed if they were replacing the roof, they would have replaced anything that didn't look right.  That wasn't the case.  I am a single mom and I trusted this provider to do a good job.  This provider provided a 10 year warranty on his work.  I do have that in writing on my bill and receipt.  I have had several leaks in my roof over the past year (2011-2012) and have called the provider many times to repair them.  He never returns my calls. At one point he answered my call and stated he had came over and re-tarred around my chimney.  I had no idea he had done this as there was no communication from him that he had done this.  I still have leaks, not only from around my chimney, but around a bathroom exhaust vent.  The vent that was used on my roof by this provider over my bathroom exhaust was an old roof vent that was previously on my roof prior to having it re-roofed.  I now have water damage in my bathroom and also in the attic above this bathroom.  I since hired another roofer to make the necessary repairs to my roof to avoid any further damage to my home.  When these repairs were done, it was noted that there was no flashing put around he base of my chimney, which I assume is why I had leaking around the base of my chimney.  This roofer offers good prices for new roofs, yet doesn't stand behind his work.

My fascia board isnt exactly flush on the end and it was obvious that the problem was due to the fact that there were nail heads that hammered into the underlying boards rather than remove them. It was necessary for the fascia to lay flat against to board and the nail heads were just enough to create a slight bow, a slight buckle and an uneven flush lineup at the end. The back side side of the garage had the same fascia problem and actually cracked a bit. They said it wouldn't hurt anything and it probably isn't very significant but I notice it and it has bothered me ever since. The biggest problem I have is that the crack has invited a bees nest. I don't feel they were trying to pull one over on me or anything because I really did like the crew, the roof was beautiful, they did a great job with clean up and I would still actually recommend them as well.. in fact, I might hire them again, but that tiny problem could have been prevented if the nails had been removed rather than driven in.
