Not only was their price very reasonable (it came in between two other quotes), Mike also took his time to explain what to look for in a paver patio and what design elements would fit our vision. He also educated us on the installation process of the patio from the very beginning. Once the construction started, it went much quicker than we had expected. And throughout the process, Mike continued to communicate with us changes that needed to be made based on the elevation of our yard. "Had Conserva Irrigation of Ann Arbor coming to my house for an assessment of sprinklers problem. The crew was polite and provided a detailed explanation about the necessary repair - they also informed I would receive a $75 invoice for their visit and later an estimate for the repair. However I received a charge $200 for their visit: $75 for the service call and $125 for their labor. I called their office to better understand the reason for the $200 and I was attended by a lady who was very rude and unable to provide an explanation... and hang up on me during the conversation. Nobody should be treated like this... especially a potential customer."
