"My water heater went out sunday night. Jeff called me monday morning at 7am. His price was hundreds better than the 2 companies I called the previous night. He definitely has the best prices around. Once I gave him the okay his team was out here by monday afternoon at 1pm. They removed the old water heater, installed the new water heater, and disposed of the old water heater all in about 40-45 mins. These guys were in and out. The new water heater works like a charm and thanks to jeff and his teams quick reponse I didnt skip a beat. Affordable water heaters saved me time, money, and stress. Along with their 6 year warranty on parts and labor you cant beat this deal. I would highly recommend."

The right way to vent a gas water heater is to have a pipe directly upward or slopes upward out of the house. Because hot air naturally rises, this type of venting will efficiently ensure that all gas moves out of the house. Your system may rely on fans or blowers as well.

Unless they are connected to the same system, boilers and water heaters will both need their own expansion tanks. The only case they wouldn’t have separate expansion tanks is if the boiler is pulling double duty and managing a heating system while also supplying hot water for a home. In most municipalities, a license is not mandatory for water heater installation or replacement. However, we strongly recommend hiring a licensed plumber or water heater installer to handle the work. If you try to use a smaller gauge wire, such as a 12 gauge, with a 30-amp breaker, you run the risk of the wire overheating and melting or causing a fire. Because of the safety hazards, the gauge of the wire is not an area to try to cut costs when connecting a 30-amp breaker to a water heater.

There are pros and cons to tankless water heaters. They are more efficient than traditional tank water heaters, and maintenance costs are lower. These units are also much more compact. On the other hand, they cost about twice as much to install as traditional tank water heaters and are more limited in terms of flow rate.
