Budget Painters came in and: Scraped old paint off where it was needed, pretty much all over. Fully primed the kitchen, had to use oil base primer, due to old wall paper adhesive on walls. Painted top coat and painted the trim. Cleaned up after. Top Notch Work, Highly Recommend

I had a terrible experience with them. They were very messy and sloppy painters, it took me five hours to clean my windows. They splashed paint all over my porch and missed spots so we had to call them back to correct the mess.
