Not only did he paint the interior of our new (new to us) condo, but he also painted the fencing we had to replace and the wood stairs and railing. In my other house, Lucas painted water damaged ceilings. He does both indoor and outdoor painting. Lucas is an outstanding painter! His work is precise, and he is completely trustworthy. We left him a key when we went on vacation, and when we returned, the work was done and the house was immaculate. Both my husband and I have had other painters over the years, but Lucas stands out as the best. He works alone. He can fill holes and make them invisible. He touches up trim when needed. I trust him completely!
Description of Work: Lucas is THE BEST painter we have ever found! We first hired him to paint the entire inside of the condo we bought. Then I hired him to paint a ceiling in a house I own. I then hired him to paint a ceiling when my granddaughter let a toilet overflow. The price I listed is for the last painting he did for me. (It was a ceiling in an entryway and hall.) I couldn't find the amounts I've paid him before that.
