Not dependable. There equipment broke down and they said it would take 10 days to make it out. Should of read the contract. Not able to get another contractor out without losing the 50% down. My bad.

The Lowe's installers installed the windows improperly. I had to have the Pella Window come and tell me Lowe's they did a terrible job in installing the windows. Pella will come out in the near future to properly install the new windows.
