"Always a few complaints on a big job. A few broken pictures that were knocked off the walls, and they did not bring their own ladders to reach on the stairway. Otherwise I am very please with my new carpeting."

"Had carpeting cleaned, decided not to stretch.. should have though. Lillard's did a fine job, nothing bad to say about them, cost was reasonable. Removed most of the stains, only few small stains that I knew ahead of time that wouldn't come out. They were professional and courteous."

"This company is overall astonishing, but specifically one gentleman named dameon was the biggest and greatest help. He managed to redo the carpets in my entire house within 2 days and was extremely consistent! He was at my house 10 minutes early and worked late just to make sure it was done before my grandchildren came to stay with me.
