Bad service carpet shedding all the time

Our sales rep came to our house with samples. She was helpful and honest. Carpet was installed a few days later. We are very satisfied.

Poor communication. Poor materials. Extremely unhappy.

Very outstanding, prompt, courteous. Highly recommend.

Overall it was good.

Sales person didn't know what materials go on the type of flooring i was looking to get installed. They took my deposit as well as full amount for work they never started.

Horrible. Everything they said was not true. From the marketing next day installation which was not true because we had to wait 20 days schedule of installed. Price match but quality of installed carpet was inferior to the sample presented. Not much information given by salesperson during the free estimate. Just hurled the samples for us to figure out which one was the best. Made us choose from the limited samples and did not give much information about the choices. He just gave the price and matched the competitor quote and the rest was up to us to figure out. Made me sign electronically from his tablet without giving me a chance to read the contract. He said everything discussed was just repeated in the contract well not everything. Erroneously quoted bathroom carpeting instead of 2 bedrooms! Did not mention we had to pay full amount before installation when we paid $350 deposit. Installer was a sub contractor I was made to believe everything was through empire. If I was told this i could have just contacted the sub contractor myself. Will not recommend empire and will not use empire in the future.

I had luxury vinyl flooring installed on my stairs leading to my basement. My experience was positive. My installer Mike was on time, efficient, did a very nice, through, clean job. Consequence of the finished look, asked questions when needed and cleaned up after he finished.

Flooring looks great, but I’m afraid they’re going to be terrible at follow up. I called customer service and requested a call back over a week ago and never heard back

The vinyl floor selections were limited but they did have one we liked. It was installed quickly and they did a great job making it look beautiful!

They are the only one that are able to provide within a week installation upon measurement. The materials are good, but the labor is pricey.

They took deposit money for vinyl plank flooring. Called daily to check on the health of people in the house. Day of install send one guy to do a remove and replace. The installer took one look at the job and said he would not do the job without testing. I should have been advised of a test before the install date if really needed. Now, Empire will not return deposit or calls.

First time I ever had Empire come to my house 10 years ago the sales rep didn't listen to me. This rep did. I got what I wanted on time no surprises friendly Covid safe crew.

Installers were very efficient and took the time to make it come out great!

I was very happy with the experience. I think they did good work, were steadily working the whole day. No goofing off !! I think the floor looks great. The only thing I was not completely happy with is the quarter round in kitchen which matches flooring was only done in kitchen and not rest of house. I have contacted the salesman and he assured me that this will be completed but it has not yet.
