"Lowe's uses By-Tor for installation. Total clown company. They scheduled us for a measurement and never showed for the time they had us scheduled. When I contacted them regarding the problem, they made excuses for their lack of communication and wasting our time. When I spoke to the project manager, he reflected the same clown attitude regarding how customers are treated. Avoid this company, and Lowe's for that matter since they contract with the unprofessional company By-Tor Contracting. The company just likes wasting your time and money. Horrific customer service."
