New Hue PaintingNew Hue Painting in Tecumseh does indoor and outdoor painting, historical restoration, and many other services. In our case, we asked the owner (Sean) to restore our solid mahogany front entry doors. His work was meticulous and outstanding. First, he and his colleague Jeff (a historical preservation expert) made a solid temporary front door to make sure that our house was safe during the week long project. Second, they took the doors back to the shop and hand sanded the doors, finished with three coats of danish oil based urethane (sanding in between coats), and installing new weatherstripping. Through the entire process, Sean communicated with us regularly, both to let us know the progress of the work, and when they would be arriving to do the work. They also did the same work as above on the door's wood surround so that it was perfectly matched. In sum, we found New Hue to be exceptional with respect to quality, expertise, honesty, integrity, and communication. We highly recommend this company.- keith c.

Zef's ConstructionZefs Construction team has been working on my three properties for the last two years. They did tremendous jobs. The owner Zef is a respectful person. He is the highly trustable and professional. I am an out-of-state investor and I put my full trust in him. He and his team did extensive renovation work on my two dilapidated properties and all got building inspections passed, especially one property at Warren. The city inspectors were very picky and they issued the lengthy reports including zoning/building/mechanical/plumbing/electrical. Zef took care of the property beautifully. Now, the properties are renting out so that I'm receiving my investment's return. Zefs Construction is my go-to contractor to do different home renovation works and home repair as well. Zefs Construction also works closely with my agent and property manager and even my tenants to get work done quickly. I am very grateful to have Zef on my properties' renovation jobs. I was thoroughly impressed. The supervisor, Jim and the painter, Alfredo showed up on time. Both very courteous, wearing masks, took their shoes off. The three of us went over what I needed done, Alfredo went to get the paint. He came back and proceeded to mask everything off, lay down the tarps to protect the stairs and did a beautiful job.

Everything went well. We had chosen a color in advance and the painter Chris even suggested a better color that we actually liked better than what we chose. I was a stickler on clean lines and the painter and supervisor Connor made sure I had clean lines using precise masking. We were very pleased with the result!

One hour to set up a 32 " TV and sound bar. We are now using 3 remotes to operate TV. Kept asking questions. Second hour was the Harmony remote. First he did not bring computer. Had to use ours. Kept asking questions. He did not connect all of our equipment, we need to get someone else to correct what he did. Our last remote programming was done in 20 minutes. Plus during this covid time, he had to use bathroom.

They told me it was a covered repair and to get the work done and submit invoice and they would reimburse us. We got it done and submitted the invoice. After 3 months of constant follow up they covered part of the parts charge and none of the labor. Then, following up again, they responded with, WE ARE CLOSING THE BUSINESS.
