She has a breath of knowledge that allows her to accommodate my tastes, but also ensure that the overall design is in sync with the design and location of my home.  She has  a very diplomatic way of suggesting when I'm going astray with my choices and in every case where she has told me "Trust Me"  I have been delighted ! "Shawn was amazing. He spent the entire day (10 hours) pre-treating, cleaning and re-cleaning this 25 yr old carpet. When he left it was 3 shades lighter than it was when he arrived. Other cleaners had been used in the past and this carpet hadn't looked this good in 20 yrs.  I know this because I previously owned this house and originally purchased this carpet.  My daughter will never use anyone else for carpet cleaning and plans to hire Shawn to clean her air ducts."
