"I hired Tri-County for extensive repairs on our chimney and was insanely impressed. Jared rebuilt the limestone crown/cap, performed thorough tuckpointing on the mortar joints, and completed chemical cleaning of the masonry/tiles. He took the time to explain the work clearly, set expectations from the start was very prompt/on time, and left the site clean. The finished result is of very high quality and looks amazing! Highly recommend!!"

"Modern rebuilt my aging brick chimney. The cap had cracks in it and the bricks were popping out. Modern took it down and rebuilt it. Brand new limestone cap and bricks. They even tuck-pointed some bricks further down the chimney that weren't part of the rebuild. The chimney looks great and Modern did it all in one day."
