"We contacted Patriot Pest due to the high ratings on Angie's List. We were moving into our new home in November 2020 and noticed during the walk-throughs that there was an infestation of very large wolf spiders all around the lower level. Patriot came out and treated and said that everything would be dead within two weeks. Four weeks later, we still had the same spider issues - no signs of abatement at all. Patriot said to give it more time; we did - still no dead spiders. We complained again - Patriot then claimed that the temperature was too low when they first sprayed, which led to less than stellar results. (Not sure why they accept jobs during the Fall/Winter months?) They came back out and sprayed again in early March - the temperature was exactly the same as it was in November. Still no results as of today (end of April 2021). My kids are terrified to use the walk out basement area, not to mention we adults are freaked out by the size of these pests. I just want to keep others from making a costly mistake as we did. Buyer Beware!"
