"500 sqft vacant cabin, basically cleaning a kitchen and super tiny bathroom, charged me $365, the cleaner said it was her first day, bad job, glass on the carpet, didn't clean the ceiling fans, turned on air conditioner and left it on when they left, didn't lock up the house when leaving, horrible customer service and conflicting invoicing and company names, very unprofessional"

I was very impressed with their prompt arrival and efficient ability to carefully and quickly move all of my household items. Furniture was wrapped and handled very carefully. "WARNING!!! DO NOT HIRE DLM Transport llc!! I hired Doug Mulinix and DLM transport to ship a park model trailer and paid $1750.00 deposit on a $7000.00 job in Feb 2023 was told it would be picked up within 3 days and here we are in April and as of April 9th and several excuses I still have no trailer and after many conversations with owner Doug Mulinix was ultimately told he was NOT going to pick up my trailer and for me to get a lawyer to get my deposit back! Then he blocked my phone number! W**? So he is going to get his wish! Do not hire! I thought by hiring a veteran/ firefighter owned company I was getting someone with INTEGRITY! He has zero!!!"

"TERRIBLE PEIPLE TO WORK WITH. IM OUT $50. It took about 2 weeks to get Brian out to give me an estimate. At that time, he told me he charges $50 for an estimate which goes towards the work if he’s hired. He’d not mentioned that before and it was a red flag but I gave him the $50 and he said he’d be back on 7/19. I texted him the day before to confirm and he didn’t respond. So I texted again that evening and the text wouldn’t deliver. I called and a msg said I was calling from a restricted number, he blocked me! I called Cameron the next morning and explained what happened and he said he was trying to reach Brian as well. He told me he’d come out and do the work and would call me back with some options of when he could come. Four days have passed and no call back. I’ve tried calling again and his mailbox is full. TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BIZ!!"
