James at Water Works did a great job. He was professional and easy to communicate with. He worked efficiently in a high traffic area during business hours. I would definitely recommend.

Technician was skilled, polite, and very bright. Cleaned up, and hauled away the old water heater, and any debris they created.

Hired Water Works Services to remove an old water softener and replace the coper piping. They were recommended by Home Advisor. They showed up on time, did the work quickly and the work looks great. Then after using the water it was determined that the water pressure was low, most noticeable of the 2nd floor. Contacted Water Works Services and after texting them back and forth, I figured out that the hot water pressure was low. The Plummer indicated that they had turned off the hot water shutoff valve while they were working on the water main piping. I turned the valve to open it up and it just kept spinning. This indicated that the valve was broken, it would not close or open, it was stuck in the middle somewhere. Water Works Services came back out and fixed the valve for no charge. They stood by their work which was a nice surprise.

I called at 5pm without hot water; being an hour away from my location, James arrived by 7:30pm, installed the new water heater and took the old heater. James was very efficient and knowledgeable - I will not use anybody but him for these types of issues in the future. Thank you James, for a job VERY well done!

James and Brycen were COMPLETELY Professional all while being EXTREMELY Amiable and Very Punctual which was a Plus. They had No Problem with me Observing the process nor did they have any issues with me Asking Questions and learning along the way. We conversed over a myriad of topics to make the time go smoother and smooth it went. So I'd DEFINITELY hire Water Works LLC for ANY future Water related endeavor.

Very professional. Knew exactly how to fix, can't say enough about these guys. You can trust them. Tried to change anode myself and caused water heater line to leak. I stopped right there and called Water Works. I know how small leaks can turn into big ones, so didn't take the chance and brought in the best.

Water works examined the situation and concluded that the pump did not require replacement. I was charged a service call and not a pump replacement charge. I really appreciate their honesty.

James was great. He came when no one else did. He was very efficient and replaced the faucets for our washing machine and got rid of an unused water line to the kitchen

We got a reverse osmosis system for under our kitchen sink and the whole process seemed like too much work. I tried calling several area plumbers, but most didn't have time, were too expensive, etc. My wife found Water Works, LLC and we got a quote and scheduled them. James and his partner did the install very professionally and inexpensively. Both guys were knowledgable and very kind to work with. What went from an ominous-looking job on my end, turned into a really great experience. Hire these guys!
