They were at my house within 90 minutes of the initial request on a Sunday, which was in itself remarkable. Once at my home, they thoroughly inspected the appliance and diagnosed the problem, after considering various diagnoses. While here, I mentioned that there was an issue with the circuitboard of my oven range, and they took a look at that without hesitating. They determined that I would need to replace the circuitboard, as no particular repair could be made, and then proceeded to look up the part for me from multiple local parts stores. They provided me with the price for the part and ultimately told me that it was an easy installation that I could likely handle on my own, so as to save me the money on labor. They mentioned that if I needed any assistance, that I could call them and they would be happy to walk me through the installation over the phone. After all this, I was only charged a visit fee which was very reasonable, considering it was a Sunday. Overall, Rays reflects itself as an honest, personable, and competent appliance repair company. I ll be recommending them to friends and colleagues, and will personally use them for future repair needs."

"They are professional and thorough, but there is really no wiggle room if you would like something differently done. Choices in booklet are pretty basic, not a lot of options (for flooring types, door style, trim) This company is like the Anderson Windows of basements. (No doubt they spend a lot on advertising; There is a reason they are the top result when searching!) Expect to pay quite a bit more than you planned, but I knew if I chose them it would be done and warrantied for everything. Sometimes you just want to sign and not worry, and I would definitely pick Finished basements plus if you are in that situation and have the budget."

"I used the Neli service, where the tech connects with you via video chat and then walks you through troubleshooting and repair. I’m pretty handy so this seemed like a route that would work for me. Once we got connected we got right to work and figured out what the issue was and how to repair it. I had to run to hardware store to get the correct tool to make the fix, but Bob, the tech I worked with, left me detailed instructions and with the right tool, I was then able to make the fix and reassemble the range. We had our own design plan and he and his dad, Jimmy followed them to a "T". They produce quality work, but very quickly. Very detailed and clean up after themselves each day. They let us paint our own cabinets for a full kitchen and seperate bar, and they installed them for us. They felt like family to us.
