In each of three service calls for routine system checks of my HVAC, plumbing, and furnace systems, I couldn't have been more satisfied with the professionalism of the individual tradesmen or with the customer service communication provided by friendly and patient office staff. This review is being posted especially to praise the exceptional routine service call provided by John Courtney on 10/11/2021. John presented as being a good listener and one who genuinely enjoyed his work and serving others. For example, he listened carefully to my questions and responded with detailed information that I could understand easily. And, after I commented to John about my previous positive interactions with Service Professor, Inc. tradesmen and with customer service staff, John responded by stating he has worked in the heating and cooling trade for 12 years and felt very fortunate, as a newer employee, to be able to work for an organization such as Service Professor that places caring and quality customer service communication among its most important priorities. "Fred is very professional, polite, honest, and a person of his word. Gave us a great quote, and stuck to it to the penny! Was actually 15 minutes early when he came to remove our 22 year old furnace and some of the ductwork and install a new 96% energy efficient gas furnace, and a humidifier. He told us the job would take 4-5 hours to complete, and it took him 5 hours, but that included cleaning up too. Left his work area clean, and even took the old furnace and duct work with him. Did a fantastic job, and we love our new Goodman furnace. We had gotten 4 quotes from different Heating & Cooling companies, and he was the most reasonable by far. Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. Just trying to do more to help my Angies List customers!!******** I am a sole proprietor that works out of my home. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. I am always available, but don't always answer my phone, but if you leave a message, I promise to back with you as soon as possible...and figure out how to get your issue resolved in a quick, efficient and economical manner. "Prompt, very friendly, They knew the equipment very well. Did the job faster than told when they started, and they needed to run 3 new heat air runs ! Very profesional work ( I work in maintenance and know a quality job) They cleaned up after themselves, removed old unit and took it with them. I could not be more happy with the job they done. If I every need servicing of the furnace in the years to come, I would spend the exta cost of travel to have those guys fix the furnace. And no I never met the person before they installed the furnace. Very content Don S."

"Great. I placed an online claim Monday 12/21, in a few hours they had assigned a Home Hvac . I was sent an email which stated the tech’s name (Jeremy Dillon). arrival time/ date my home 11 AM Tues 12/22, he arrived early (great), accessed the problem, went got the parts, returned fixed my broken pipes all within about 1 hr. Way to go Jeremy ????. Jeremy followed CDC guidelines (Coronavirus) masked up, social distancing."
