He came about 2:00 AM. He was very efficient and was done in no time flat. He even helped moving some of the boxes from the floor since we just moved in to this new home. What a great Company. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."

"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."

"They only charged me for one visit ($75) plus the cost to dispose of old hot water heater, etc.  The toilet wasn't fixed correctly the first visit, so  when the same guy came out to bring the new hot water heater out (had to be ordered) he fixed it at no additional service visit. The hot water heater is amazing!  We have 3 people living here and it is great.  It even has a tub around the bottom in case it leaks in the future.  I am very pleased with these people and highly recommend them!
