Luckily no harm - this time- but realize the water heater states to use the proper gas- danger of harm including death. Please be aware that they took the old water heater out - so they should have known the type of gas (plus drove right pass the big outside LP tank multiple times) There are a lot of other issues but this was the most disturbing"
