"Dave and his brother, Allen, were very personable and explained what was wrong in our attic and what they planned to do about it. I hired an electrician to replace all of the antiquated fire hazard nob and tube wiring with up to code wiring. Then I hired a roofer to open up our closed ridge vents. Then Allen and Ben sprayed 12 inches of cellulose insulation into our attic. The men cleaned up after themselves, and made certain that we (the new owner and myself, the seller of the house) were pleased with the result.
