"Well, they started on my house in January 8 2019, and we just finished up August 13 2019. Had them come back about five times to look at the insulation, or add more insulation. Once they came out with a rake to move around some insulation in my attic. because the Camera showed that roof line was not covered. Also, did not fill two cavities, finally told me that they put a blanket over them spots. They would talk we me say we will call you right back and sometimes it would take weeks for them to call me. I started to think that they forgot all about me. they know very well that I leave for work at one P.M. and one day a sales rep. Showed up at my door at 12:50 unannounced that he was coming over, SO I was late for work more than a few times, and time I was loosing money. And on the last visit they wanted me to sign off on the job, I really did not want to right now. Not knowing if the job was done right, SO I told the rep, that I have not singed any paper work. The rep called Tom the owner, I talked with Tom and said that job was four thousand dollars and that I will get a grand back from a rebate. I told Tom that I lost a lot of wages from being late or not going in, so they could work. I asked Tom to knock off some off of the bill. He got upset and said no. and he would not make any money. I said well it took you seven months to complete this job, and I missed a lot of time from work from all of this in seven months. He did not care that it took seven months and that I lost income. And did not even apologize. Had I known, I would not of hired them. I BET THAT THIS WILL NOT BE POSTED."

"Reaching out to Building Performance Solutions, they were very quick to respond. They were able to quote me based on describing what type of insulation I was looking for along with a floor plan drawling . The price that was quoted to me was a great price. What I really appreciated was that they could perform both the Wall injections along with the cellulose insulation. The Installation went great. The team showed up on-time. The team was very professional, prior to blowing in the cellulose the team installed soffit covers to allow the attic to continue to breath. The team did a great job of getting the entire attic covered to the appropriate thickness. Wall injections went smoothly as well. The only snag I ran into was that the wall injection was water-based took a really long time to dry (~4-5 weeks) and had a smell for a while. The reason it took a while to dry is because I had the walls insulated during the middle of summer when the air was the most humid. Best thing to do is to get fans, Open the garage doors and leave them open all day. Eventually the smell went away after the insulation dried. During the drying time, Building Performance Solutions worked with me to explain the insulation drying time. I would highly recommend Building Performance Solutions for insulation."
