"Charles was on time , kept us informed at all times about our appointment and service. He was a REAL PRO. He gave advice about future carpet and use of cleaning soutions (on hard floors & their effect on carpeting). We paid him independently of "Home Advisor". Our experience with scheduling FROM HOME ADVISOR was canceled twice. e dealt completely with Charles from "Nice & Clean." We willnever use "Home Advisor" again. They asked for credit card info in advance & guaranteed a price. According to our provider of service this was erroneous activity."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Very thorough duct cleaning. Pricey but worth it."

"Prompt service, very professional employees. The carpets were nice and clean, and felt great to walk on when they were done. The basement carpet had a musty smell to it, and they make it smell fresh again. I plan to use them again in the future."

"I was VERY impressed with Melissa's work, thoroughness, attitude, helpfulness, flexibility. I have had several other cleaning services over the past 15 years and she was definitely the best. This house had not been properly cleaned in several years. It was a huge job. She was very good working with me on what I wanted done, what could be done in the time available, even agreeing to work more than she had planned/scheduled. Friendly, completely reasonable price, overall excellent. Highly recommended."

"Actually I was a little nervous about using Johnson's, but once I talked to Mr Johnson and he reassured me of his work, I decided to give him a try and I am glad I did. He did a very good job on my sofa and love seat. The color is a off white and I had never had it cleaned before. By the time he had finished, it looked like new again. I am very pleased with his worked. Thank you very much for recommending him to me."
