"Good. CHW connected us with MJ Services for an appointment. MJ Services technician came to the house on the morning of the appointment date, assessed, found and reported the broken equipment. He placed a temporary solution to keep the house warm during Christmas break while we waited for the parts to come in. In the afternoon, CHW sent me a note that the equipment was ordered and provided an estimated delivery date, and arranged a follow up appointment to replace the broken part."

You can go outside and see exactly where the crack is! We built our house 1 year ago and unfortunately we had a crack that was leaking water into our basement. The builder told us to get someone out and they would cover it. with all the good Angie's list reviews, we called this stay dry. Not only did Julius come out and was early getting here, but he injected the crack and then we asked him to walk around the house with us. He found another crack!
