You can go outside and see exactly where the crack is! We built our house 1 year ago and unfortunately we had a crack that was leaking water into our basement. The builder told us to get someone out and they would cover it. with all the good Angie's list reviews, we called this stay dry. Not only did Julius come out and was early getting here, but he injected the crack and then we asked him to walk around the house with us. He found another crack! We went ahead and had him come back out a few days later and he was early again and very quick. Each time he explained the injection process and also gave us tips on preventative measures. this was a nightmare and unexpected situation ; thank goodness for stay dry and Julius.
