"They are professional and thorough, but there is really no wiggle room if you would like something differently done. Choices in booklet are pretty basic, not a lot of options (for flooring types, door style, trim) This company is like the Anderson Windows of basements. (No doubt they spend a lot on advertising; There is a reason they are the top result when searching!) Expect to pay quite a bit more than you planned, but I knew if I chose them it would be done and warrantied for everything. Sometimes you just want to sign and not worry, and I would definitely pick Finished basements plus if you are in that situation and have the budget."

"Brett DeWeese is an honest and very capable project manager and builder. He is also very adept at design concepts. I will hire him again when a project comes up as he and his workers are trustworthy hard working very skilled people. I would recommend him and his company to anyone contemplating a project. He did not build me just another deck he built an outdoor living space that is both attractive, pleasing to the eye, while being practical and easy to maintain. "Precision Foundation was worth waiting for. Russel went out of his way to contact soil engineers for advice since our house presented unique problems. The crew were very polite, conscientious and hard working. Russel was honest regarding our house's problems and was always willing to answer our questions. He tells it as it is, no slick salesmanship. All our questions and concerns were answered and addressed. We would definitely use this company again if needed. They are honest and fair. I was very impressed with how much hard work and clean up they did."

"I had the crawl space on my 1946 house encapsulated (+ lots of foundation repairs/structural improvements) in Dec 2021. The FSM crew exceeded my expectations. Crew leader (Anthony B) and his team (Jordan F, Tim Q) were professional, friendly, organized, knowledgeable. They worked hard from 8am-6pm with one short break.
