Russell made sure I understand exactly what was happening with our foundation, exactly what him and his crew were going to do, and how much it would cost. Zero pressure to hire them - just an explanation of what was happening and how it could be fixed. Sometimes construction was delayed, we started much later than I had planned…and it took longer than expected - BUT I would hire them 100x over. There is no other company I would trust with my foundation. Period. His crew worked in the pouring rain, cleaned up at the end of the day - (meaning they swept the street in front of my house) and protected my grass during construction. I would challenge ANYone to come over and guess where they dug. (8ft+trench) The crew even preserved some trinkets for my girls when they dug in their fairy garden♥️. I’m so impressed with this company and though it was the most $$ I’ve spent ever on a home - I’m so so glad we hired them - and I am so grateful that we met him. "We had water in the basement, seeping in from the floor. They dug  a trench to the sump pump, removed the standing water that had not been allowed to drain properly in the most efficient way, and replaced the inadequate sump pump with one that will do the job correctly. They brought enough of a crew to complete the job in half a day which we also appreciated.  They also filled a few cracks in the foundation walls to prevent any future leaks. We had worked with them before and knew that they were an honest and reputable firm."

"Very professional and well-done work to perform repairs to 4 cracks that were leaking from previous repairs and repaired multiple rod holes in foundation. Many of which either were actively leaking prior to repairs or showing signs of leaking soon. The tech, Randy, had previously not been out to site before for quote. But took the time prior to starting any work to go over the proposal and review all work that was expected to be performed to verify his and my expectations were both in alignment. About halfway through the job had me re-verify that all rod holes that were previously identified and discussed were being addressed. Did a great job performing clean up and stayed later than expected to fully complete the job instead of calling it a day in the middle of the work.
