"Brady came and gave me an estimate.  They were able to start the work the next day.  It went quite well.  They ran into a slight problem in that some of the sub floor came up with the tile.  But it did not result in much of a price increase.  The floor was extremely uneven, but after they were finished, it was even and ready for us to install our floating floor.  They did a great job.

"The builders worked rain/snow or shine and were here most mornings at 8 AM. The garage came out as planned. Good workers and Andrew is excellent to work with. Andrew always returned or responded to my call/text. Very reasonable pricing. He won't take you to the cleaners and sticks to his quote."

"Richard is a good guy but needs more experience and attention to detail. His pricing is good but needs to pay attention to detail. Did not keep worksite clean. He did injure his leg in a car accident which affected his performance on the new vinyl plank work on our project. He is a hard worker and wants to do a good job so I think he will be okay."
