"SKM sent Eric and his work partner Rick to us. They did a great job of tearing off and replacing the old rotted flooring of our front porch while leaving the solid existing railings in place. They also did a fine job of downsizing and re-leveling our old patio making it more manageable for us. This included leveling the ground around the patio so water won't collect and freeze there in the winter. The worksite was clean and all scrap material was bagged and ready to be placed at the curb at the end of each workday. I'd recommend SKM and both Eric and Rick for your handyman jobs of this type.
