They said that while they were at it that they would replace the siding behind my grill as it was slightly bubbled. I'm not sure if they forgot or ran out of time but it was not done. They were prompt, the sales was low-pressure, the door itself was lifetime warranted, and the install was smooth. After the install they cleaned up the mess and remove the old door. Because the door was lifetime warranted, All Weather Seal has come out to repair it in the past, and has always been as professional as ever. "Seemed professional and well prepared with structural questions and concerns. Price was about 30 percent more than a price I was given last summer by another contractor we have used and liked. He wasn't available. A 35-40 thousand dollar addition seems to add about half the cost in value to home. My research indicates it takes a few years to capture that value. Patio work would also be required. More cost. A lot to consider, since we won't be here long term. Haven't 100 percent ruled it out. It's a budget issue."
