On the day of service, Doug arrived on schedule and ready to replace base of kitchen sink cabinet. During replacement, Doug called me in and showed me that he had found the leaking problem we thought we had fixed when we replaced our disposal was still present as it was a supply line issue. He showed me exactly what was going on in a way that I could understand it, which I really appreciated. He took a few extra hours out of his day to go get what was needed to address the issue today and completed the cabinet floor replacement. He gave me a great deal on the additional work needed to fix the issue and saved us the trouble of damaging the new cabinetry. I trusted the work and company immediately and was very pleased with the work done. They were really friendly to work with too. I have already requested additional quotes for other projects I have that need to get done. I look forward to working with this company again.

"Called them bright and early on a Saturday and they came out that day.  Arrival time was communicated ahead of time.  Upon arrival he identified the problem and performed an inspection of the 18-year-old furnace.  He clearly showed me the problem (igniter) and explained the other issues with the aging furnace.  He was very knowledgeable about about my current furnace and it's warranty situation.  After discussion I decided to do a full furnace replacement which they were able to schedule for two days later.  Furnace was installed at a good price and they waved the fee for the original visit.  Installation looks great and they did a good job cleaning up after themselves.  Very professional all around.   Recommended.

"Matt nicely completed a difficult project at our house - a shower to tub conversion that required moving a wall into an area that required specific creative framing to maintain code and appearance.  We had a couple others quote the job and propose solutions to our problem and we chose Matt because of his 1. Excellent AL reviews 2. Prompt, thorough and open communication through the estimation process and 3.  Confident background in framing.
Matt moved the wall, installed the tub, created a dramatic elliptical arch over the new tub alcove and tiled and painted.  Through the whole process he had excellent communication with us.  We had him estimate two other projects in our house before he left as we will hire him again this spring.
The only thing we wish went better was the length of time to start the project.  Let me be very clear here, Matt met the timeline expectations we had agreed on before starting.  It's like eating out at a good restaurant, you have to wait for a table (and if you didn't have to wait you might not be at a good restaurant).  It was about 2 months between estimation and start.
Definitely worth the wait as we'll be hiring him again!

"Joe installed deck to wall lag screws per recommendation of the structural engineering company he referred me to to reinforce my existing deck to provide the necessary support to allow me to leave my hot tub/spa on my deck which is approx 10' above ground.  Joe completed the job on time and visually appears to be centered and installed properly.  Time will tell and price seemed a bit higher than I would've have thought for the job but the job was done well and on time.  Joe did give me a break on the original price.

"I've had them for probably a year. I had to have them come out once and they were very good. They were excellent. They did what they said. One of the things they fixed didn't work so well and they came back immediately. It was on a garbage disposal, but they were excellent. I haven't run into any problems. The quality of work is excellent. Nice people come out. It was fine. Everything worked out really well with them. I wish it was cheaper, but what am I going to do? It's within my reach. I'm retired and I don't have a budget. It's still reachable. It's understandable, even though you don't want that."
